This position will be responsible for the support and maintenance of key Business Development Relationships with external third parties. The role will help achieve successful implementation of strategy content for the purpose of maximizing the KPIs. In this role the Business Development Analyst will operate as a key contributor within the Business Development team, helping to ensure the team executes growth strategies for TradeStation.
  • Daily monitoring of statistics and performance metrics for special third-party relationship
  • Manage deliveries and follow-up on key tasks associated with project goals
  • Contribute to strategies for critical content and client engagement initiatives
  • Ensure ongoing success for a range of campaigns and content deployed on third-party platform
  • Carrying out, report on and monitor A/B testing of campaigns to maximize results
  • Segment audiences and optimize strategies to increase effectiveness
  • Measure key performance metrics and deliver project reporting throughout strategy lifecycles
  • Work with other teams throughout the enterprise to ensure strategies achieve goals
  • Monitor relationship billing to ensure timely payments and budget adherence
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and fast paced environment
  • Working experience in administrative
  • Self-motivated professional able to establish accountable goals to meet team deliverables
  • Strong analytical mindset with an ability to analyze various performance metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with content management systems
  • Experience in SEO analysis
  • College degree required
  • 1-2 years of Business Development, Marketing or Sales related experience
  • Financial services industry experience is a plus
  • Background in content creation, social and e-mail marketing
