Our company is looking to grow, and we need an experienced, motivated recruiter to help us with high-volume recruitment. You will manage a full-cycle selection process including searching for potential candidates, posting jobs, and assisting with other recruiting initiatives.  It will be up to you to review resumes, contact and interview candidates, and assess their skills.  You will be responsible for scheduling interviews with the business line, soliciting feedback from both the hiring manager as well as the candidate and preparing and extending offers.  Responsibilities will also include meeting time-to-fill metrics.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Source qualified, potential applicants using databases or online job posting boards in a high-volume hiring environment
  • Partner with hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals
  • Communicate with potential applicants by phone, email, video or in person
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates for various positions within TradeStation
  • Apply principles of behavioral interviewing to access the qualifications of candidates
  • Create job descriptions that list requirements for each position, such as desired work experience, education, and job skills
  • Update and maintain information in Paycor Recruiting, our applicant tracking system
  • Assist with scheduling interviews and sending out applications
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with colleges and local organizations to participate in job fairs or networking events
  • Prepare attractive hiring packages and communicate with selected applicants to offer employment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Significant recruiting experience for a high-volume organization, agency, or executive search firm
  • Willingness to use cold or warm calling methods to recruit or research potential applicants
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media applications
  • Excellent analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns
  • A professional, courteous demeanor on the phone and in-person
  • Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and possess a sense of urgency to achieve objectives and exceed expectations
  • Ability to effectively build relationships with hiring management
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • 3-5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working in a fast paced, stressful environment where multitasking is required
