What We Are Looking For:
The CRM and Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for managing our CRM and marketing automation efforts, with a focus on implementing, automating, and optimizing customer journeys from lead nurture to retention and everything in between. This person will oversee a variety of marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on email communications and automation.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage and optimize the use of our marketing automation platform, ensuring that it is being utilized effectively and efficiently
  • Create email campaigns and automated journeys designed to convert, engage, and retain clients
  • Facilitate ongoing project management to implement programs from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues and cross-functional partners to ensure quality execution
  • Analyze and report performance results to key stakeholders
  • Optimize email communications through A/B testing and segmentation
  • Adhere to professional obligations such as meeting deadlines, honoring commitments, and communicating effectively and respectfully
  • Proactively implement changes to improve our internal processes and campaign performance
  • Complete special projects as assigned

  • Extensive knowledge of email marketing strategies, segmentation, reporting, and best practices
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
  • Knowledge of Knak or other comparable email creation platform
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
  • 5+ years' experience in email marketing, digital communications, CRM, or related field(s)
  • 5+ years’ experience with email and marketing automation platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred), including proficiency in creating and managing automated campaigns and journeys
  • 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce or other comparable CRM application
Desired Qualifications:
  • Certification in Salesforce/Marketing Cloud or other CRM application a plus
  • Working knowledge of surveys and data capture tools
  • Financial services and brokerage industry experience would be a strong advantage
