YouCanTrade (YCT) is now part of the TradeStation Group companies. YCT is an online financial investment education media company that will offer educational presentations, demonstrations and related services through numerous channels, featuring educators in the fields of securities, futures, cryptocurrencies and other types of financial investments.  YCT will focus on growing a large online community of self-directed online traders who seek to improve their education and skills.
We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to support our CRM and marketing automation initiatives, with a focus on implementing, automating and optimizing lead generation, onboarding, engagement and the overall experience of YouCanTrade users and customers. The role will work on a variety of marketing channels with a strong emphasis on email automation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Create customer journeys and nurture campaigns
  • Facilitate ongoing project management to implement programs from concept to completion
  • Work in close partnership with marketing team, agencies and vendors to ensure quality execution of marketing programs
  • Work with internal departments to accomplish tasks and ensure that marketing campaign updates and reporting are provided to stakeholders
  • Integrated planning and campaign development
  • Day-to-day management of email campaigns and automations
  • Projects may include a variety of marketing channels such as digital, email, and social media
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • A proactive, self-starter with a passion for marketing and communications
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • A background in marketing best practices, current trends and desire to learn the industry at a fast pace 
  • Candidate should be a detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking skills to oversee jobs throughout the entire marketing cycle
  • Analytical and technical mindset and an ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Working knowledge of non-proprietary email platforms strongly desired
  • Capable of managing marketing projects, tracking and reporting of results independently
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, marketing or a related area
  • Project management skills
  • At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a non-agency marketing function
  • Relevant industry experience will be a strong advantage
  • Experience working with content strategy and content creators to effect change and improve results
