YouCanTrade (YCT) is now part of the TradeStation Group companies. YCT is an online financial investment education media company that will offer educational presentations, demonstrations and related services through numerous channels, featuring educators in the fields of securities, futures, cryptocurrencies and other types of financial investments. YCT will focus on growing a large online community of self-directed online traders who seek to improve their education and skills.
We are seeking an experienced CRM Creative Specialist to support our email creation and marketing automation initiatives, with a focus on writing, implementing, automating and optimizing lead generation, onboarding, engagement and the overall experience of YouCanTrade users and customers. The role will work on a variety of marketing channels with a strong emphasis on copywriting and email automation.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Create customer journeys and nurture campaigns
  • Draft emails for marketing campaigns and journeys
  • Create and organize all of the written content for email campaigns including slogans, headlines, and body content
  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
  • Day-to-day management of email campaigns and automations including scheduling emails, sending emails, and recording the results
  • Provide support to essential marketing strategies
  • Projects may include a variety of marketing channels such as digital, email, and social media
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • A proactive, self-starter with a passion for marketing and communications
  • Creative email copy writer
  • Strong written and oral communication skills required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with the knowledge of AMPScript
  • Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software
  • A background in marketing best practices, current trends and desire to learn the industry at a fast pace 
  • Analytical and technical mindset and an ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Capable of managing marketing projects, tracking and reporting of results independently
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, marketing or a related area
  • At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a non-agency marketing function
  • Relevant industry experience will be a strong advantage
  • Experience working with content strategy and content creators to effect change and improve results
  • Experience in copywriting
  • Experience working with budgets and forecasting
