WhaT We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director, Marketing Creative to lead our creative teams across various disciplines, including web design, graphic/ad design, video production, video editing, and website development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress, ContentStack, Salesforce CRM, MarketingCloud, and Google Analytics. This role requires a data-driven mindset to make informed decisions and optimize creative strategies.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of web designers, graphic designers, video producers, video editors, and web developers
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and innovate
  • Conduct regular brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts
Project Oversight
  • Oversee the entire creative process from concept to completion, ensuring all projects align with the company’s brand and marketing goals
  • Direct and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of creative assets
  • Review and approve all creative materials, including web designs, graphics, videos, and website content
Strategic Planning
  • Develop and implement creative strategies that align with business objectives and marketing plans
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to develop integrated marketing campaigns
  • Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform creative direction
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Utilize data from Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, and MarketingCloud to measure the effectiveness of creative campaigns
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize creative strategies and improve ROI
  • Present data insights and creative performance reports to executives and stakeholders
Compliance and Quality Assurance
  • Ensure strict compliance with financial industry regulations and best practices in design
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain brand guidelines
Technical Proficiency
  • Lead and ensure all creative outputs are consistent with the overall brand and meet technical requirements
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in web design, graphic design, video production, and content management systems
  • Lead and guide the use of WordPress, ContentStack, Salesforce CRM, and MarketingCloud to enhance creative projects
The Skills You Bring:
  • Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print
  • Proven ability to develop successful concepts and lead a team of diverse, talented creatives
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong research, data and analytical skills 
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Deep understanding of AI and how to leverage to scale team productivity
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools like Looker Studio and Power BI 
  • Deep understanding of using marketing technologies
  • Creative thinker, innovative marketer, self-motivated
  • Proficient working with agencies, other departments, and executives to set expectations and meet objectives
  • Ability to effectively review, prepare, and present to stakeholders
  • The capacity to identify and address issues, adapt to market changes, and find solutions to challenges
  • Understanding the complexities of the financial industry is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role
  • Strong understanding of WordPress, ContentStack, Salesforce CRM, MarketingCloud, and Google Analytics
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and a passion for innovation
  • Hands-on experience with creative processes, marketing, graphic design, and brand development
  • Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and video editing tools
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, fine arts, or a related field
Desired Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree
  • Relevant industry experience would be a strong advantage (Securities, Fintech)
  • Agency Experience working with multiple brands

  • Pay Range (US) $150-180K (Countries outside of the US have differing ranges in accordance with local labor markets)
