The Role: Director, Product Management - Crypto Growth
As the Product Manager on Crypto Growth, you will focus on driving user growth globally across our product lines. You’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives focused on unlocking great user experiences based on data and insights. You’ll be responsible for onboarding new users as well as the holistic customer lifecycle experience. you’ll drive decision-making through quantitative results, research, and customer insights.  You’ll be joining our growing product team to help define the future of our company and product. This role reports to the Vice President of Product Strategy and is an ideal opportunity for someone excited to get their hands dirty building and expanding a product offering while rapidly scaling a growing crypto business. This person will have the unique opportunity to influence our overall corporate strategy and help shape the vision of the company as we grow in this space.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Create, articulate, evangelize and refine the product roadmap for the Growth
  • Own the consumer experience from registration to digital currency trading,
  • Work with cross-functional team to define and deliver product roadmap
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop detailed product specification
  • Plan, organize and deliver new products and features to the market
  • Drive global product launches and lead beta programs
  • Stay informed of the overall market landscape, including competitors and potential partners
  • Work with Marketing to develop and optimize new user acquisition and retention
  • Monitor key product metrics and continuously improve them through ongoing product iteration
The Expertise You Have
  • BA/BS required advanced degree (e.g. MBA) preferred. 
  • The ideal candidate has experience with retail brokerage customers, building and scaling trading platforms and services as well as operational and regulatory constructs around them. 
  • Experience with emerging technologies including bitcoin, cryptocurrency, Blockchain and Ethereum

The Value You Deliver
  • Create, articulate, evangelize and refine the product roadmap for the Growth area of TradeStation Crypto’s product. You’ll be responsible for shaping and maintaining the roadmap for how we reach an ever-increasing number of users with our product
  • Get your hands dirty digging into challenging problems to ship innovative solutions. You’ll model great PMing skills as you deliver product changes with a feature team. To innovate in such a complex field, you’ll need to immerse yourself in the problem space to find new solutions that have never been done before.
  • Communicate strategy for individual products or small group of like products based upon competitive forces, regulatory and legislative trends, and the client/customer experience
  • Lead functional requirement gathering and author documents/presentations to build out commercially viable business cases
  • Build and maintain product-specific content made available to our clients and business stakeholders
  • Engage in proactive development research to continuously identify and/or ideate opportunities for new features and products.
  • Regularly engage in performance analysis, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in product management
  • 2+ years working as a Product Manager in crypto at an exchange, brokerage, or other B2C / B2B2C trading service
  • 2+ years on customer-facing crypto financial services tools for trading, investing, earning interest, lending
Desired Qualifications
  • Worked for a Top 25 Crypto Exchange, or crypto lending service
  • Worked on API’s, P2P Payments, rewards programs, and debit cards products
  • Owned the end-to-end launch (from customer experience to operations) of at least one product in the brokerage, exchange, or trading services
  • Experience leading and mentoring product managers
  • Experience working at a securities retail broker dealer, exchange, or bank.
  • Experience working on Active Trader Solutions
