TradeStation is an award-winning online broker and global financial services provider, attracting retail and professional traders and investors from around the world.  TradeStation International (TSIL) is the UK based subsidiary of TradeStation Group, responsible for developing the Group's international business and is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK.
TSIL is seeking an energetic, intuitive marketing individual with strong communication skills to play an integral role in developing and executing TSIL’s marketing strategy. This role is UK based reporting directly to TSIL’s CEO.  
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for analyzing and understanding key business areas and client segments internationally, in order to develop and execute cohesive marketing strategies and plans that will contribute to achieving TSIL’s sales and budgetary targets. He or she will be responsible for lead funnel acquisition strategies, new country go-to-market campaigns and TSIL websites, working in close collaboration with US Marketing, cross-functional areas within the organization and external partners.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Responsible for planning, executing and optimizing marketing strategies and plans to drive TSIL’s international business strategy and growth  
  • Establishing effective working relationships with TSIL, US Marketing and other Group team members, plus outside agencies, and working collaboratively in forming and executing strategies and plans
  • Create effective, compelling positioning, messaging, and campaigns to drive new client acquisition across business lines and products
  • Develop, lead, and execute marketing strategies and plans for digital (and social media) channels, plus traditional marketing initiatives including conference and sponsorship opportunities
  • Understand key competitors, their products and services offerings and marketing approach 
  • Identify and analyze potential strategic/tactical 3rd party partner/website relationships, influencers, thought leader opportunities, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to the Group brand guidelines and architecture throughout TSIL’s marketing initiatives and appropriate usage by and monitoring of referral partners
  • Gather, organize, and analyze information such as consumer behavior, market trends, competitive information, etc. that will guide marketing and business tactics
  • Responsible for managing the TSIL marketing budget, spending control and reporting
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), including the creation of dynamic marketing dashboards linking business metrics to marketing KPIs
  • Share and report on the effectiveness of marketing plans across different audiences within the organization
  • Work closely with the CRM & SEO team to guarantee to optimize user experience from the top of the sales funnel and deliver on key metrics
  • Proactively review industry innovation, stay in touch with upcoming trends, and best practices to make recommendations, improve campaign performance and evolve the marketing automation platform
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Proven record of creating, driving and executing marketing campaigns across different consumer segments that led to achieved business results
  • Experienced in creating and executing marketing planning, budgeting and reporting
  • Skilled in direct response marketing with the ability to craft integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across all channels, including website, digital, social and direct marketing
  • Strong analytical and technical mindset and an ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Proactive, creative thinker, innovative marketer, with a self-motivated and results orientated approach
  • Strong written, communication and presentation skills
  • Capable of managing marketing projects and creating and maintaining marketing dashboards to track campaign results
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • University degree level education - preferably in marketing or a related area
  • Minimum 5 years of proven track record within integrated, multi-channel marketing, demand generation campaigns and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Platform experience, including Google Analytics/Adwords, Salesforce / Marketing Cloud, Facebook  
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Relevant on-line brokerage, financial services industry experience would be a strong advantage
