As a TradeStation Network Engineer, you will specialize in configuring and supporting our enterprise network. You will be part of a team designing, planning, and implementing network solutions across our entire product stack. You will help ensure the network is responsive to demands, help troubleshooting issues and work with business owners and/or stakeholders to configure and implement network changes. You will be the key in keeping our enterprise data center network reliable.  
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network devices and configurations
  • Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs)
  • Maximize performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages and scheduling upgrades
  • Performed network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
  • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
  • Replacing faulty network hardware components when required
  • Work with systems engineering teams and develop to troubleshoot and solve network issues
  • Be part of an on-call rotation to support entire business stack
  • Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements
  • 3+ Years of proven hands-on network engineering experience
  • CCNP or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued)
  • Experience with Cisco and Arista Networking gear
  • Familiar with AWS Private Link, Direct Connect and Transit Gateway
  • Understanding of network and internet technologies (e.g., DNS, TLS, TCP/UDP, Routing, WebSockets)
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
