What We Are Looking For:
The Product Learning Management - Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting TradeStation events technically and logistically, including addressing client registration and login issues, coordinating presenter’s access, moderating audience chat, and ensuring high quality audio/visual continuity during presentations. This role is also responsible for coordinating the uploading, editing, compliance reviews, and posting for public consumption of all events.
The Operations Specialist will be accountable for communicating with stakeholders to document the progress of each deliverable and keep our PLM project plan up to date. They will use Jira to oversee and assist in planning and monitoring the team’s tasks and goals and facilitate team sprint meetings. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as they will coordinate with outside dependencies as needed to help meet delivery timelines. They will manage the submission of all content for compliance reviews and will track progress from submission, to edit requests and resolve compliance changes with the team to final approval.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Keep project plan updated through communication with stakeholders, track content deliverables to evaluate project performance
- Upload all internal education produced by PLM to company LMS and help to manage the assignment, data evaluation and program communications related to our Employee Education Program
- Run planning and retrospective meetings, monitor team sprint within JIRA, send sprint performance reports
- Monitor and quickly respond to all inquiries that come into the education email inbox
- Route all content for compliance review and track edits with the production team, until final approval
- Update events schedule, manage posting of events and archives across TS Today, TS.com & YouTube and support all TradeStation Events
- Collect and tally data to generate statistical impact reports

- Knowledge of financial markets, financial analysis software a plus
- Familiarity with Programming language
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in an Agile Environment
- Experience tracking projects within Jira strongly desired
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma Required
- 2-3 years of technical operations experience
- Knowledge of the WordPress CMS backend and frontend web development (html and CSS)
- Basic Wordpress (or web design) experience
Desired Qualifications:
- SQL or Python knowledge preferred
