What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer, Tech Lead to oversee our API development initiatives. This role requires a leader who can effectively balance technical expertise with team management in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor a team of backend developers and testers, driving the development of scalable and secure API infrastructure
• Oversee the entire service lifecycle—from design to deployment—focusing on performance, reliability, and continuous improvement
• Enhance our CI/CD processes, maintain high software quality through automated testing, and ensure proactive system monitoring
• Promote and implement DevOps best practices, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency through collaboration across teams

The Skills You Bring:

• Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Golang, Rust, Python, C#, or Java, and experience in developing resilient web services (gRPC, GraphQL, REST, WebSocket)
• Comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles, agile project management, and continuous delivery environments
• Experience with Kubernetes, Linux container management, and cloud-native architectures on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including leadership roles and proficiency in agile methodologies

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced skills in Golang, Rust, GraphQL, or gRPC
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies across major cloud platforms
