We are actively seeking a dynamic, talented, and driven product manager to focus on our social community. In this role, you will be responsible for launching and growing a financial well-being social community where investors can interact, share, learn, and invest.
You will be responsible for designing and managing the community product strategy and roadmap. You will become the authority in the psychology and behaviors of our social community and work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to map out and execute a product roadmap for exponential growth.
This role reports to the Director Product Management, Client Applications. It presents an ideal opportunity for someone experienced in building social communities who is excited to work at a high pace in designing, building, and growing this innovative product.  
A Product Manager at TradeStation is an expert, cross-functional collaborator responsible for understanding competitive and customer needs, prioritizing, and defining the business product requirements, managing the product life cycle, and working closely with many TradeStation teams.
  • Create and own the TradeStation’s community strategic vision and product roadmap
  • Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, designers, marketing teams, product owners, and development teams to optimize marketing messages and product features and optimize product positioning
  • Coordinate product roadmaps with business stakeholders, marketing, and product development teams to formulate and execute a go-to-market plan
  • Enjoy spending time in the market with customers and vendors to understand opportunities or issues and find innovative solutions
  • Understand the business arena, customer needs, technology trends, and the competitive landscape of Fintech social communities
  • Use data analytics to understand user behavior and shape the product roadmap
  • Manage and monitor the product life cycle from conception through release, updates, and beyond by collaborating with our Technology, Operations, and Marketing teams

  • 3+ years experience working in a product management or a business analyst role with a digital, high-growth social community product
  • Expertise in digital social community's behavioral science, successful network-effect products, and community software vendors
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's/MBA a plus)
  • A history collaborating with engineers, data science, designers, marketing, and project managers
  • A track record of working on digital financial products that went to market
  • Expertise in fintech in the areas of investing, trading, wealth management, or asset management a plus
