The Relationship Manager will be responsible for client onboarding and all associated tasks.  The client base consists of a wide range of clients from entry level to sophisticated traders that require a unique level of support.  The position will be responsible for supporting clients in all aspects of account opening, funding, and initial software support.  The candidate will be expected to work as a liaison to Client Services, Operations and other departments to ensure resolution to all customer requests and issues in an expedited fashion.  In addition, the position will be responsible for managing attrition as well as soliciting new business from existing clients.
  • Assist clients with account paperwork, funding, and initial software download
  • Function as a VIP point of contact for ongoing issues
  • Resolve client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Work in a team-oriented environment
  • Deliver the highest level of support with extreme dedication to follow-up and organization
  • Maintain a positive representation of TradeStation through professionalism, courtesy, and by striving to exceed Clients' expectations
  • Successfully pass all relevant industry exams
  • Complete training on CRM and all back-office systems as well as the TradeStation platform
  • Extensive knowledge of multiple trading platforms to handle technical questions related to trading as well as software support
  • Familiar with customer account procedures to assist with client inquiries
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and interactive environment
  • College degree required
  • 2+ years of financial services experience
  • Series 7, 63, and 3 required
  • Additional licenses may be required as the role evolves
