The Salesforce Administrator will work with ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment. The candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using Salesforce for Sales, Service, FSC and Marketing platform. They will work closely with business leads, development teams, end users and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy integrations including Marketing, and our core program business processes. This role is for an administrator with a very good background in continuous integration and continuous deployment. Will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, user support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform. Focusing on platform availability and issue mitigation. Candidate must be familiar with managing, configuring and deploying the Salesforce platform in a reproducible manner.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Provide tooling for all basic administrative functions including User account maintenance, Access and Securities, Reports and Dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
  • Evaluate, scope and execution of new development requests.
  • Effectively act as the liaison between users, vendors and the application development teams
  • Manage data integrity; data imports, database de-duping and cleanup
  • Support the Business Operations team in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes
  • Collaborate with Business Operations, Information Technology and other business stakeholders to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of our standardized business analytics, tools and processes
  • Compile data and prepare a variety of reports to validate overall health of the environment and helps identify future capacity requirements
  • Work with existing operations team to facilitate adoption of salesforce functionality
  • Provide input into long-range platform requirements and operational guidelines, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement of Platform Service Composability and availability
  • Continuously raise our standard of engineering excellence by implementing best practices for coding, testing, and deployment
  • Part of on-call team rotation
  • Creation of solutions that are secure and no-trust
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce and Lightning components are a plus
  • Salesforce Community Cloud experience
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Thorough knowledge of the SDLC
  • Strong understanding of AGILE methodologies and change management
  • Strong training and documentation experience
  • Experience managing multiple applications in a single org
  • Experience with Jira or other project management platforms
  • A document history of successfully driving projects to completion
  • In-depth, hands-on experience with, server, and cloud architectures
  • Experience in configuration management technologies such as Chef, Puppet or Ansible
  • Solid understanding of how-to configuration, deployment, management and maintenance of large cloud-hosted systems
  • Proficiency with source control, continuous integration, and testing pipelines
  • Ability to lead, collaborate, communicate, and mentor
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform
  • 2+ years as an admin in a highly complex Salesforce org
  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certifications are desirable
