We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with a well-rounded skill set who has a passion for delivering highly-scalable, applications and services.
  • Learn, understand and embody Site Reliability Engineering principles
  • Build and maintain cloud infrastructure for development teams to utilize
  • Build necessary guardrails in Kubernetes and AWS to keep services operational and secure
  • Build templates and tools to accelerate development
  • Support teams to help them bring their applications to the cloud
  • Work in a DevOps environment, where development teams own both the development and operational responsibilities
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes abstractions and underlying mechanisms
  • Knowledge and proficiency in one or more modern general-purpose programming languages (e.g. Python, Golang, C#, Java)
  • Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure on one or more cloud providers (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience building cloud infrastructure as code (e.g. CloudFormation, Stacker, Terraform, YAML)
  • Excellent communication skills to assist developers
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices
Preferable but not required
  • Experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g. GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
  • Experience managing Linux deployments in the cloud
  • Experience securing cloud deployments
  • Experience with distributed and scalable cloud architectures and techniques
  • Understanding of network and internet technologies (e.g. DNS, TLS, TCP, UDP, HTTP, WebSockets)
  • Brokerage/trading domain knowledge and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
