What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Customer Experience team. You will spearhead our roadmaps; assess and manage product designs; and understand, prioritize, and define customer needs for our trading applications and the complete customer journey. You will work closely with teams such as UX Design, Development, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to improve and perfect how our customers experience flows through our products.

This role reports to the Director of Product Management for Growth and Customer Experience. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who is excited to get their hands dirty to design and grow the next generation of digital fintech products in a fast-paced team. This person will have the unique opportunity to influence our overall product strategy and help shape the company's vision as we provide our customers with the best experience in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Understand the company objectives and costs, customer needs, technology trends, and the competitive fintech landscape
  • Define product level objectives and key results to track the success of new features and product enhancements
  • Coordinate product roadmaps with business stakeholders, marketing, and product development teams to execute a go-to-market plan
  • Work closely with stakeholders, product managers and marketing managers to perfect marketing messages and product positioning
  • Spend time in the market with customers and vendors to understand opportunities or issues and find innovative solutions to differentiate and grow the product
  • Write detailed product requirements documents, project plans, and epics
  • Perform user acceptance testing for new product features to ensure that project requirements were implemented as requested
  • Measure the value of each deliverable and strive to constantly improve

The Skills You Bring:
  • Experience in product management or a business analyst role with a digital, high-growth consumer product
  • A history collaborating with engineers, data scientists, designers, marketing, and project managers
  • Have a strong grasp of user experience design best practices for desktop and mobile applications
  • A versatility for tactical focus as well as the ability to provide strategic mindset
  • Practical knowledge of the retail and/or institutional active trader market
  • Knowledge of stocks, options, futures, and crypto trading
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years' experience as a product manager, product owner, and/or business analyst
  • Past work on mobile applications, websites, web applications, and/or desktop software designed for active traders
  • Knowledge of equity options trading, with a history of building UI (User Interface) for options trading preferred
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's/MBA preferred)
