We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Technical Delivery Manager.  This is an exciting opportunity that will focus on managing projects and delivering outstanding online trading products by consistently implementing Agile practices, working in a Lean Agile business driven development environment.  You will lead multiple projects, have the ability to really make a difference, and work with the best in the business.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of our most critical projects
  • Manage the delivery of a technology solution of a Business Increment
  • Improve the flow and continuous delivery of technology in a predictable cycle time
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and set realistic plans based on required tasks and available resources
  • Understand cross-functional team dynamics and ability to provide clear direction to both internal and external support organizations
  • Work across teams and manage relationships to coordinate and forecast resource requirements (human and non-human) required to set expectations and commitment to the business
  • Lead team on the execution and delivery of the business increment and ensuring successful return on investment
  • Work with stakeholders to manage expectations and understand requirements and identify gaps
  • Identify and communicate technical risks, issues and dependencies for the business increment
  • Effectively communicate objectives, initiatives, risks and performance to teams, peers and leadership
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to drive teams to continual improvements of delivery process
  • Support team(s) to incrementally improve their standards through agile retrospectives and planning
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with individuals with different functions and organization across the company
  • Thorough understanding of Enterprise Agile methodologies and processes (SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.)
  • Technical or software development background
  • Successfully delivered large-scale product development projects
  • Successful proven track record in indirect management and influence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills used to communicate to stakeholders’ project status
  • BS degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience managing multiple highly complex software development projects
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
