What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an accomplished financial services professional to lead our Global Sales organization.  This position will be responsible for driving and executing the overall sales vision for our multi asset class product offering as a key part of TradeStation’s focus on acquiring high value customers. This will include, but not be limited to, management of global staff, strategy, recruitment, sales planning, prospecting, vetting, selling, and sales reporting, as well as maintaining third-party relationships, growing our API related business opportunities and traditional industry partnerships.  The candidate will be expected to lead the sales organization to hunt and close new partnerships across financial and non-financial segments in the US and internationally across geographies that can deliver high value customers.  The candidate will be expected to collaborate and work closely with other business units including Product, Marketing, Concierge Services, Legal/Compliance, and TradeStation International.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Build and manage an effective and goal driven global sales team
  • Become a subject matter expert on TradeStation’s products and services
  • Direct ownership of developing global sales reporting and performance metrics, compensation plans and sales training programs
  • Accountable for attaining Global Sales targets
  • Develop relevant sales materials and website content to support the sales process with Marketing and Product 
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform corporate and sales plans and strategies
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with global external organizations and target partners 
  • Identify and cultivate new pipelines for sales and business development activities
  • Deliver the highest level of support with extreme dedication to follow-up and organization
  • Maintain a positive representation of TradeStation through professionalism, courtesy, integrity and by striving to exceed expectations
  • Accountable to ensure Regulatory Compliance across all jurisdictions and practices 
  • Using and re-enforcing the usage of the TradeStation Fundamentals in our everyday activities
  • Key member of Executive Strategy Team and responsible for strategic Sales execution
The Skills You Bring:
  • Strong understanding of the US and International Brokerage (Securities and Crypto), Broker –Dealer, Fintech and Institutional (e.g., Hedge Fund/Proprietary trading firm) spaces including trends.
  • Deep understanding and passion for the Equities, Futures, Options and Crypto markets
  • Strong skills in sales team leadership, executive presence, negotiating and communication
  • Ability to project thought leadership and represent TradeStation at industry events and conferences
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience managing senior level professionals and hitting aggressive goals
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented, and interactive environment
  • Ability to interact with the highest levels of organizations
  • Extensive knowledge of multiple trading platforms as well as the overall competitive landscape
  • Skilled in negotiation with a keen ability to understand deals that drive revenue and profitability
Minimum Qualifications:
  • College degree required (MBA preferred)
  • 6-8 years of financial services experience (broker dealers, crypto exchanges, neobanks, etc.)
  • 8-10 years of sales, sales management, customer onboarding experience
  • Series SIE, 7, 63, 3, & 24 required

  • Pay Range (US) $250-325K + variable component (Countries outside of the US have differing ranges in accordance with local labor markets)
