We’re searching for a visionary Vice President ready to lead and thoughtfully grow our outside sales team with unparalleled energy and expertise. You will be the driving force behind our global sales strategy, taking charge of a dynamic team committed to achieving remarkable results. As a persuasive communicator and negotiation expert, you will represent TradeStation at prestigious industry events as a key influencer. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities from traveling both domestically and internationally across major financial centers in the US and UK to also driving the development of an integrated outside sales team.

You’ll work in a hybrid fashion, collaborating closely with colleagues to refine strategies and build a cohesive team. As we expand our sales force, you’ll be instrumental in coaching, refining processes, setting sales targets, building comp plans, managing P&L, and driving efficiency while playing a pivotal role in transforming market trends and customer needs into actionable strategies.  

As we anticipate adding more outside sales representatives, you’ll take the helm of an eager team, fostering a high-performance sales culture rooted in strategic thinking. You'll enjoy spearheading sales processes and execution strategies. Your ability to instill discipline, refine processes, and forge acquisition strategies across active retail, institutional and B2B customer segments will be instrumental in driving our growth. 

Regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction are important priorities, all while maintaining TradeStation's positive reputation. Join us and become an integral part of our journey to reshape the financial landscape. The base compensation for this role starts at $250,000 and offers additional performance-based incentives.

What You're Excited to Bring to TradeStation:

You're a seasoned Sales Leader with an innate understanding of financial landscapes. Think broker-dealers, crypto exchanges, neobanks, etc. Your passion for the trading world is evident and you possess the leadership prowess to guide senior-level professionals to triumph. You'll bring with you a college degree (MBA preferred), a strong track record of sales, sales management and customer onboarding experiences. Additionally, you'll have your Series SIE, 7, 63, 3 and 24.
