Sales Analyst

TradeStation Chicago, IL (Onsite) Full-Time

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an in-office Sales Analyst to support our Sales organization through performance reporting, CRM optimization, pipeline analysis, and actionable insights. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical skills who is excited about using data to drive better decisions across the sales process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Track and analyze sales performance data, including revenue trends, conversion metrics, and pipeline health
  • Support pipeline and lead tracking; identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Manage and maintain CRM data accuracy and reporting functionality
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to analyze campaign results and conversion rates
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve account or data discrepancies
  • Support Sales Managers and Account Executives by tracking, investigating and reporting sales information; resolving issues
  • Support onboarding of new sales reps with CRM access, reporting training, and performance metrics
  • Assist as necessary with the on-boarding of new clients
  • Directly handle and resolve urgent account set up and cashiering matters
  • Review Account Applications for completeness and submit for approval; following up with customers on missing information
  • Liaise with other TradeStation business units to escalate and resolve urgent client support issues

The Skills You Bring:

  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI a plus
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or another CRM
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving
  • Background in financial services or fintech preferred
  • Familiarity with SQL and data extraction from CRM tools preferred
  • Experience supporting a sales team with performance data and reporting preferred

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, or CRM Analyst role
