Brokerage Services Product Manager

TradeStation Plantation, FL (Hybrid) Full-Time

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a Product Manager with experience in core brokerage systems, including middle office operations, order management, and post-trade workflows. This role is central to executing TradeStation’s platform modernization efforts, with a focus on delivering the Middle Office Migration Project and enhancing the core brokerage experience for customers.

You are outcome-driven, comfortable setting goals and tracking progress against KPIs. You thrive in cross-functional environments, bring clarity to complex initiatives, and communicate the “why” behind every roadmap decision. You embrace data and AI tools to accelerate execution and deliver results faster and smarter.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure our brokerage platform is modern, scalable, and aligned with customer needs.

As a Product Manager at TradeStation, you’ll collaborate across the company to define customer needs, shape the roadmap, manage the product lifecycle, and lead teams through delivery. Your work ensures our core trading systems are modern, efficient, and ready to scale with the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manager and support the delivery of TradeStation’s Middle Office Migration Project, including vendor coordination, UAT planning, and integration with OMS and downstream systems
  • Define and track KPIs for core brokerage product areas, including operational efficiency, customer experience, and platform stability
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful implementation of new middle office technology
  • Maintain and communicate product roadmaps with clear visibility across stakeholders
  • Leverage AI and LLM tools to streamline workflows, improve data quality, and reduce operational complexity
  • Engage with customers and internal teams to identify friction points and deliver solutions that improve the core trading experience
  • Conduct competitive and industry research to stay ahead of technological trends and evolving customer expectations
  • Develop detailed business requirements and partner with Engineering to ensure high-quality execution
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements related to brokerage operations and data handling
  • Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to drive scale, efficiency, and better customer outcomes
  • Define and deliver measurable outcomes aligned to strategic objectives. Set KPIs for your product areas and drive performance using data and experimentation
  • Own quarterly KPI reviews across product areas under management; ensure cross-functional teams are aligned to deliver against targets, and proactively course-correct where needed

The Skills You Bring:

  • Strong execution of product management responsibilities in an agile environment
  • Experience with middle office systems, post-trade workflows, and brokerage operations
  • Ability to define and track measurable outcomes aligned with business goals
  • Proficiency in using AI and LLM tools to enhance product delivery and decision-making
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven product strategy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning in the Fintech space
  • Experience working with back office vendors and Order Management Systems important
  • Familiarity with US brokerage regulations and operational requirements.
  • Background in brokerage products, operations, and risk management
  • Experience with industry vendors such as FIS (phase 3 and GMI), Exchanges, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5+ years' experience as a product manager or product owner in the securities industry with a focus on retail trading products

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's/MBA a plus
  • FINRA Certifications Series 7 and Series 3 a plus
