Business Development Analyst

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Development Solutions, this role will support the business teams with project management, relationship building, and proactive strategic initiatives. This role will play a key part in assisting with the execution of top-of-funnel business development strategies, assisting with management of outside sales partnerships, and working closely with internal departments to ensure successful implementation and growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support Project Management: Assist in managing and coordinating marketing initiatives within key outside sales while collaborating with internal departments. Ensure timely execution of tasks and project deliverables.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor statistics, performance metrics, and KPIs to track the success of partnerships and business initiatives
  • Content Strategy Contribution: Help contribute to the development and execution of email marketing strategies and other for user engagement initiatives across various platforms
  • Campaign Support: Assist in planning, executing, and reporting on A/B testing for campaigns to optimize performance and reach
  • Reporting & Analysis: Collaborate in measuring key performance metrics and preparing detailed reports to deliver throughout the lifecycle of various strategies
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and strategies
  • Project Updates: Prepare and present regular updates and status reports to management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of financial services or equivalent experience required

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4 years or financial services or project management experience preferred
