The Education Instruction and Content Specialist will be part of the Client Training and Education team and will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality educational content on the various TradeStation platforms for all levels of clients. The position involves writing scripts, story boarding videos, and presenting platform training in live webinars.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Mastering the TradeStation trading platforms and all related technologies.
  • Help develop the content strategy
  • Create and deliver content through online events and recorded video
  • Work with the team to create innovative learning plans and courses curriculum
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Strong writing, editing, and grammar skills
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Ability to self-organize and self-manage multiple activities
  • Good listening, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Knowledge of financial markets
  • Knowledge of financial analysis both technical and fundamental
  • Competency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
  • Expert knowledge of TradeStation technology products is highly preferred
  • Some experience with computer programming languages is preferred
  • Competency with multi-media software tools a plus
