ONSITE IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER - CHINA
 
Overview:  TradeStation is looking for an energetic and motivated Implementation Manager (IM) who will serve as the bridge between the TradeStation team and our Partners in China, relying on skills in product management, relationship management and a strong understanding of technical concepts. The Implementation manager should have oral and written fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.  Experience in China’s Equities and Futures financial markets is preferred.  Backend Market Data or Order Execution engineering experience is a plus.
 
Detailed Overview:  The Implementation Manager (IM) will be primarily responsible for the implementation of TradeStation products and services to partners, as well as the ongoing relationship. As an IM, you will work to identify, document and implement partner requirements for leveraging TradeStation products and services. The IM will collaborate with various TradeStation and Partner teams such as Product, Development, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Support, to deliver competitive and innovative products for business growth. You will act as the primary onsite resource, reporting to the Vice President of Partner Solutions & Strategy, to determine the client’s need for customizations, identify and propose mitigation of risks and provide estimates and timelines for making Partner relationships successful, timely and effective.  As an IM, you should be knowledgeable about the development process and possess adequate technical skills to closely interact with Development resources, in developing and releasing new products and enhancements.

Education & Specialized Training:
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both oral and written
  • Bachelor University degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or equivalent
  • Graduate University degree (Master’s or MBA), a plus
  • Background in or strong working knowledge of the local financial markets

Experience:
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager/Business Analyst/Consultant
  • Experience using TradeStation and EasyLanguage is a plus, otherwise for those with little/no experience, in-depth TradeStation and EasyLanguage training will be provided
  • Experience using analysis and trading products in China’s financial services industry
  • Knowledge of trading/securities industry concepts, practices and procedures
  • Engineering experience with backend Market Data or Order Execution systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with US financial markets is a plus

Work Location:
  • Primary: Shenzhen, China
  • Includes travel to other cities in China

  • Requires evening availability for remote meetings with US Development team
