What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Institutional and Fintech Marketing and Content Sr. Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for executing marketing content strategies aimed at Institutions (hedge funds, family offices, emerging managers, futures commission merchants, proprietary traders, commodity trading advisors, etc.) and fintech companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing content and using a data-driven approach within the financial services industry. They will be well versed in AI, how to apply it properly in Marketing, and use it to scale productivity and value.

What You’ll Be Doing:

This role will write all content related to Institutional and FinTech, review data, manage lead and integrated marketing campaigns with different teams across Marketing.  The Sr. Manager will be hands-on, working directly on content and collaborating with the different departments across acquisition, web and conversion, and customer communications.  This role will also conduct market research, analyze campaign effectiveness, and make recommendations to refine tactics to continuously optimize performance in line with our strategy.   

  • Marketing Execution:
    • Implement content marketing strategies to promote our products and services to prospects and customers, encompassing our target audience across Institutions and fintech companies
    • Collaborate and work directly on design and messaging of marketing materials to ensure they are compelling, accurate, and compliant with industry standards
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
    • Analyze market data to inform marketing content strategies and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
    • Ensure alignment across all content marketing execution to align with the overarching goals (acquisition, PR, Events, Website, communications, social, etc.)
  • Content Development:
    • Develop high-quality content tailored to institutional and FinTech prospects and customers, including webpages, pitch decks, sales collateral, white papers, case studies, blog posts, and social media updates
    • Manage all content and ensure it is relevant to our strategy, timely, and adds value to our target audience speaking on subjects surrounding market conditions, platform features and benefits, and asset classes (options and futures/futures options)
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure all marketing communications comply with FINRA and SEC regulations, maintaining fair, balanced, and non-misleading messaging
    • Stay updated and collaborate on regulatory changes and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Manage, track, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making content recommendations to optimize future initiatives
    • Utilize analytics tools to measure engagement, conversion rates, and ROI

The Skills You Bring:

  • Strong understanding of the Institutional space as well as how FinTech companies work
  • Experience with equity options and futures/futures options
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write effective marketing content
  • Understanding in digital marketing tools and platforms, Advertising, website strategy and tools, email marketing, and social media
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Proven experience working with or for broker/dealers and/or trading software companies.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies targeting hedge funds,  family offices, or FinTech companies
  • Familiarity with TradeStation and its product suite preferred

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on institutional clients or with a FinTech company marketing to other businesses
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
