Product Manager - Brokerage Operations
Plantation, FL
 
The Product Manager is responsible for understanding, prioritizing and defining the business needs, managing the product life cycle, and working closely to support many teams including Brokerage Operations, Client Services, Sales and Marketing. The Product Manager is responsible for delivering efficient, scalable and responsive business solutions.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Work with Business Stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those needs into creative solutions
  • Create detailed requirements documents and work closely with the development teams to ensure products meet the business needs
  • Assist in assuring timely completion and implementation of quality solutions including developing new solutions and enhancing/maintaining/supporting existing systems
  • Receive and provide guidance to top management on the roadmap for internal applications
  • Evaluate and suggest improvement to existing processes
  • Manage the product life cycle from conception through release and beyond by collaborating with developers, vendors, quality assurance, Operations and Marketing.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Strong analytical, technical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks to successful completion
  • Team player who can work flexible hours and must be willing to travel as necessary

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA a plus)
  • 2+ Years’ experience as a Product Manager/Business Analyst in the securities industry
  • Experienced with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Series 3, 7 and 63 licenses (a plus)
