We are actively seeking a talented Product Manager to join our Client Applications team. You will be responsible for assessing and managing product designs and roadmaps for client-facing applications.
At TradeStation, Product Managers are responsible for understanding, prioritizing, and defining customer needs, and managing the product life cycle. They work closely with many teams such as Development, Sales, Operations, and Marketing to improve and optimize how our customers experience our products. 
This role reports to the Senior Product Manager for Client Applications. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who is excited to get their hands dirty, design, and grow our next generation of digital client-facing products in a fast-paced team. This person will have the unique opportunity to influence our overall corporate strategy and help shape the company's vision as we provide our customers with the best experience in the industry.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Evaluate and prioritize features that tie market research to company vision
  • Coordinate product roadmaps with business stakeholders, marketing, and product development teams to execute a go-to-market plan
  • Understand the business arena, customer needs, technology trends, and the competitive fintech landscape
  • Research industry best practices and provide actionable insights
  • Spend time in the market with customers and vendors to understand opportunities or issues and find innovative solutions to differentiate and grow the product
  • Manage and monitor the product life cycle from conception through release, updates, and beyond by collaborating with our Technology, Operations, and Marketing teams
  • Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, designers, marketing managers, product owners, and development teams to optimize marketing messages and product features and maximize product positioning

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience in a product management or a business analyst role with a digital, high-growth consumer product
  • Bachelor's degree (Master's/MBA a plus)
  • 3+ years' experience as a product manager/business analyst
  • A history collaborating with engineers, data science, designers, marketing, and project managers
  • A track record of working on digital financial products that went to market
  • Expertise in fintech in the areas of investing, trading, wealth management, or asset management a plus
