Relationship Manager
Plantation, FL
 
This position will be responsible for client onboarding and all associated tasks.  The client base that is serviced consists of sophisticated traders that require a unique level of support.  The position will be responsible for supporting clients in all aspects of account opening, funding, and initial software support.  The candidate will be expected to work as a liaison to Sales, Operations and other departments to ensure resolution to all customer requests and issues in an expedited fashion.  In addition, the position will be responsible for managing attrition as well as soliciting new business from existing clients.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Assist clients with account paperwork, funding, and initial software download
  • Function as a VIP point of contact for ongoing issues
  • Resolve client inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Work in a team oriented environment
  • Deliver the highest level of support with extreme dedication to follow-up and organization
  • Maintain a positive representation of TradeStation through professionalism, courtesy, and by striving to exceed Clients' expectations

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: 
  • Successfully pass all relevant industry exams
  • Complete training on CRM and all back office systems as well as the TradeStation platform
  • Extensive knowledge of multiple trading platforms in order to handle technical questions in regard to trading as well as software support
  • Familiar with customer account procedures to assist with client inquiries
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and interactive environment

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • College degree required
  • 4-6 years of financial services experience

CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • Series 7, 63, and 3 required
  • CAMS certification will be offered
  • Additional licenses may be required as the role evolves
