TradeStation is seeking an experienced and talented Software Engineer who thrives on pushing the limits of technology to produce state of the art solutions.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Design, develop and implement web applications, including implementing new product features as well as enhancing and maintaining existing functionality
  • Participate in design discussions, review sessions, and prototyping
  • Successfully integrate data between various systems

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP.NET or
  • Experience with JavaScript MV* frameworks/libraries such as AngularJS or React
  • Experience consuming RESTful web services
  • Experience with Node.js
  • Knowledge of C# and the .NET Framework
  • Understanding of object-oriented design and SOLID principles
  • Understanding of database technology, relational and non-relational. Experience with MSSQL is preferred
  • Experience with Git
  • Experience working in an agile environment and embraces practices such as Test Driven Development and Continuous Delivery is a plus
  • Proven and strong communication skills
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate to technical requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a software developer
