What We Are Looking For:
The Software Engineer Intern will assist the team with new and existing features and will have the opportunity to support a variety of internal systems. The candidate will help deliver high quality software and collaborate in designing/developing, testing, different feature requests using the latest frameworks, fixtures, and best practices. A passion for analysis and problem solving is required, along with technical skills.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist ongoing efforts related to the overall health of our services
- Participate in design discussions, review sessions, and prototyping
- Support maintenance efforts for our internal systems
- Work with the team to increase out test automation coverage
The Skills You Bring:
- Experience with C# programming
- Familiar with SQL
- Familiar with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Familiar with utilizing cloud infrastructure on one or more cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Understanding of full stack monitoring concepts and tooling from code to system resources
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Results-oriented mindset; interns will be solving real problems for real customers
- Willingness to work as a team to achieve results
- Eager to share with and learn from others
