What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to join our Active Trader Product team and to help drive the customer experience for our trading platforms and to help execute on our product strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the broker-dealer space, particularly within the active trading experience, and will be able to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through innovative trading products, trade activation journeys, and with continued retention efforts
We are a derivatives-focused Product team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of equity options, futures, and futures options from an active trader perspective and will be able to identify opportunities to increase trade volume, improve post-trading performance visibility, and provide industry leading trading tools for our VIP-level active traders.
This individual will be a great collaborator who understands key product management responsibilities including conducting competitive and swot analysis, contributing to the product vision and strategy, defining the business requirements and priority of product initiatives, understanding customer segmentation, measuring value and KPI impact, reporting regular release updates and adoption to stakeholders, and creating ways to identify customer needs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct research to identify customer needs and pain points, and develop strategies to address the customer needs and to maximize the trading experience and ensure that the products have the most advanced trading tools in the industry
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Develop and manage the product roadmap for the Active trader target segment, and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility
- Build your own success measurement dashboards to monitor and analyze key performance metrics and customer behavior patterns. Then make data-driven decisions to optimize the trading experience overall.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and ensure alignment between product strategy and business goals
- Lead product launches and ensure successful adoption by customers through effective communication, documentation, and training
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the active trader segment, and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve our products
- Actively research and analyze industry and technology trends, and the competitive landscape in the broker dealer space for trading and analysis tools.
- Create and communicate the product vision, release changes, user adoption and behavior to all stakeholders to clearly outline the benefits to end-users and the business
The Skills You Bring:
- Subject matter expert on trading and specifically within multi-leg options strategies, futures, and equities
- Passion for user experience and exceeding customers’ expectations
- Excellent at executing Product Management responsibilities and best practices in an agile organization
- Ability to seek out data and customer insights to improve products and enhance the customer experience
- An advocate for simple and effective product designs and customer experience
- A passion for learning about innovative market trends in Fintech and technology
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of Product Managers
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and track multiple tasks to successful completion
- Extensive background trading Options, Futures, and Equities
- Successful track record of delivering software product enhancements
- Clear understanding of regulatory limitations and to ensure that we stay compliant within the scope of our deliverables
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on the active trader in the financial services industry
Desired Qualifications:
- Currently holding (or previously held) series 4, 7, 63, and 24 licenses

- Pay Range (US) $123-150K (Countries outside of the US have differing ranges in accordance with local labor markets)
