We are seeking an energetic, passionate and intuitive to oversee the creation, coordination, and implementation of initiatives, programs, and projects in the marketing department, from original inception and design to actual development, deployment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Project Management and Team Coordination effectively lead and direct the planning and implementation of multiple marketing programs, initiatives, and projects.
  • Utilize proven project management and agile project management methodologies and processes for project/program management, resource planning and, change management
  • Ensure a timely, consistent, and appropriate communication of status and progress of projects, programs, and marketing activities to business owners and stakeholders
  • Define an efficient marketing project and program management framework to keep a high level of marketing operations productivity
  • Identify, document, quantify and report on all risk to projects and risk mitigation options to minimize or eliminate impacts
  • Proactively engage executive stakeholders, project sponsors, the VP of Marketing, and the marketing team to ensure that project risks and issues are identified and communicated early so that the impact is negated or minimized
  • Provide the necessary information and recommendations to project sponsors on key issues that will require a decision to be rendered that will impact the project scope, quality, resources, deliverables, timeline or costs
  • Lead daily Marketing huddles providing updates on campaigns, projects, and programs

  • Ability to escalate issues to the relevant parties to remove roadblocks or obstacles that would impact the delivery of the project on time and within budget
  • Detail-oriented with a high commitment to execution
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills with the ability to work with all levels of personnel
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills and the ability to articulate difficult business and technical concepts in everyday terminology
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Digital, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with MS Office suite of products
  • Familiarity with software development project management tools such as JIRA and the agile development process
  • A minimum of 3-year experience in project management, or project analyst roles, preferably tenure with a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Preparation and analysis of project budgets
  • Demonstrated ability to provide leadership within an organization
