We are seeking a talented Marketing Communications Compliance Senior Manager to join our energetic and passionate marketing team. An intuitive marketing professional with exceptional leadership and communication skills who will play an integral part in our marketing communication development and implementation process.

The Senior Manager, Marketing Communication Compliance is responsible for advising, reviewing, auditing, and approving TradeStation and its affiliated companies' marketing content, including advertising, marketing, press releases, social media, blogs, and public appearances. Reporting directly to our VP of Marketing, this role's primary responsibility is to ensure accuracy of the marketing content and adherence with compliance, legal, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.

  • Advise, review, approve and audit marketing communication content on the adherence of legal, compliance, and internal guidelines
  • Engage our legal and compliance teams in the content production process to ensure the appropriate reviews at the right time
  • Provide quality assurance checks on content reviews to ensure process consistency, and review advice (compliance & legal) was engaged and incorporated
  • Attend Communications and Marketing partners staff meetings to provide early guidance on parent company communications campaigns and PR strategies
  • Guide internal stakeholders and business owners on content compliance for projects and marketing deliverables
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase the quality and scalability of marketing content
  • Identify and evaluate compliance risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
  • Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills with utmost attention to detail
  • Must be a confident communicator

  • Be proactive, reliable, responsible, and accurate
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to managing relationships
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to a changing environment
  • 5-10 years working in content compliance or a related function  
  • 5-10 years leadership and management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (MBA or JD in Securities Law a plus)
  • 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, PR, events, and media management
  • General financial services industry experience as a regulator or within compliance, audit, risk, marketing, or communication
