We are seeking a Senior Manager, Educational Content who will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality educational content for traders of all levels. The role will lead our content team into a dynamic and multifaceted team that will be tasked with coordinating with various subject matter experts across departments to move projects through to completion. This role requires mastering the TradeStation trading platform and related technologies.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Coordinate with department stakeholders prioritize and deliver educational content
  • Help develop content strategy, resources, and curriculum on all things markets and trading
  • Deliver content live, online, and recorded video
  • Create innovative technical tools and trading strategies
  • Write informative market commentary across all market segments and asset classes
  • Convert educational assets into compelling social media and marketing content
  • Manage content team and contractor roles
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Expert level skills on trading and market analysis
  • Strong writing, editing, and grammar skills
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Ability to self-organize and self-manage multiple activities
  • Good listening, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent market knowledge and trading experience
  • Knowledge of financial markets; equities, futures, options, and crypto
  • Practical experience with financial analysis both technical and fundamental
  • An understanding of algorithmic trading, quantitative analysis, and artificial intelligence
  • Competency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and experience with computer programming languages
  • Competency with multi-media software tools a plus
  • CMT candidate a plus
